I know it can be tough to stay motived throughout the winter months. It's COLD, it's DARK when you leave for work AND when you get home and then there's one holiday event after another with loads of unhealthy fare, booze and sugary desserts. And to top it all off you're crazy busy so you feel like you have no time to breathe.

I GET IT! THAT'S WHY I'M HOSTING A HEALTHY HOLIDAY CHALLENGE that goes FROM MONDAY, NOVEMBER 28 - JANUARY 2ND! 

It's a super simple program to keep you motivated throughout the holidays. I've found that accountability is THE KEY to success when it comes to sticking with our health and fitness goals so that's what this program provides.

You already know what you should be doing to stay healthy -- drinking enough water,  exercising, getting enough sleep at night, eating at least five servings of vegetables and fruit a day, etc -- but for some reason these simple habits fall to the back burner during the holidays. Not this year!

Having a health coach, personal trainer & an accountability system throughout the holidays is the best gift you can give yourself.


This year you will make a commitment to stay on track.

This challenge doesn't involve any crazy rules, a strict meal plan or deprivation. I want you to truly enjoy the holidays, BUT also keep up with your healthy habits so that when January comes around you don't feel like you need to start a crazy detox plan or the cabbage soup diet. (Obviously, that's a joke. Please don't do the cabbage soup diet.)
