After seeing how small changes can make such a big difference in myself, I wanted to help others striving to live healthier and happier lives so I became certified as a health coach.

Through the curriculum at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have studied all the major dietary theories and am able to help you discover what approach works best for you, wherever you are in life.

Rather than dwelling on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with you to create a personalized plan that is flexible and fun.

We'll find the foods and lifestyle choices that best support you to make gradual, lifelong changes to reach your current and future health goals.

3-Month or 6-Month 1:1 Health Coaching Packages

These packages include: 

  • two sessions per month (can be done by phone/Skype/Google hangout if you're not local)
  • e-mail support between sessions
  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • my personal commitment to your health and success

Weekly Accountability Check-In Emails

Weekly check-in emails are available for clients who have done my 1:1 coaching or 28 Day Transformation Program previously, but still want the support of a health coach. You'll get an email every Monday morning with a survey to fill out about the previous week. I'll respond within 24-48 hours with answers to your questions, support and encouragement.
